Parent Direct is a FREE information and advice service which aims to support working parents in finding out their employment rights.

Whether you are interested in adoption, paternity or maternity leave or flexible working, we can tell you about the different possibilities, help you choose the best option, and assist you with any paperwork along the way.

As well as the information on this website, you can contact us by telephone, e-mail, post or by dropping in to visit us. We are open Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
